Dotlines Social Enterprise and the iDE Oporajita Project
At Dotlines Social Enterprise, we are dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through innovative and impactful initiatives. Our collaboration with the iDE Oporajita Project is a testament to this commitment. This project focuses on uplifting left-over women garment workers by providing them with essential skills and opportunities to enhance their employability and socio-economic status.
In partnership with iDE, Dotlines Social Enterprise has successfully conducted training sessions for 600 left-over women garment workers across three key districts: Gazipur, Savar, and Narayanganj. Our comprehensive training program, consisting of 20 sessions, aims to equip these women with Basic ICT and eCommerce skills, enabling them to explore new avenues of employment and entrepreneurship.
Through this initiative, we not only provide technical training but also foster a supportive learning environment that encourages personal growth and confidence. By addressing the specific needs of these women, we are helping to bridge the skills gap and create a more inclusive and sustainable future for the garment industry.
Dotlines Social Enterprise is proud to contribute to the empowerment of these women, and we remain committed to driving positive social change through our ongoing efforts in training and development. Together with iDE Oporajita, we are making strides towards a more equitable and prosperous society for all.
