More than 31 years experiences in project implementation, management, operations and business development with the last 10 years hold the organizational leadership positions. Lead the country office strategies, organizational growth portfolio to provide overall organizational and governance support. Establish and functionalize operations unit and coordinate with program, functional and technical team to ensure that programs are capable to produce high quality deliverables. Leading to implement the food security and livelihood program (21 projects and 5 consultancies) through direct delivery as well as market development approach. Collaborate with the program and functional team to identify, design and deploy programmatic and management strategies and implementation plans. Strong technical background to support crop production technology, agricultural mechanization, agriculture extension, IGA facilitation, increase productivity and income, women’s economic empowerment, rural hygienic sanitation coverage and renewable energy. The combination of technical, managerial and leadership experiences provide me a wide range of scope and space to work in the development sector.
