Dotlines Group started in 2004 with a vision to make business and life easier through technology and innovation. Over time, different companies under the Dotlines name have worked closely with nonprofits and social welfare organizations. At first, Dotlines began as a system integrator, providing infrastructure, business solutions, and equipment for many projects. Guided by the motto “Simplify Business, Simplify Life,” the group has continued to deliver practical and scalable solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and partners. Dotlines Group took a strategic step in 2023 to establish Dotlines Social Enterprise as a dedicated entity. This new venture enabled us to dedicate our resources to empowering communities through innovative solutions while collaborating with development organizations, government bodies, and private sector partners, with a particular focus on implementing projects with INGOs.

In 2023, Dotlines established Dotlines Social Enterprise (DSE) as a dedicated arm to focus on social impact. DSE works with development partners, government bodies, and the private sector to empower communities through innovation, with a strong emphasis on projects with INGOs. DSE has implemented projects that trained women entrepreneurs, supported farmers with agricultural services, promoted livestock insurance in rural areas, and organized health and capacity-building programs with international partners.
